MY PROJECTS

I have been carrying out substantial roles which ranges from training delivery to corporates, consulting on Business Intelligence adoption in the organization to crafting a detailed Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with guided Tableau implementations.

Financial Dashboard Development & Consultation - Telecom North America (Canada)

A six month remote engagement with the SME's of Telecom North America (Telna) to understand their business domain, assist preparing their data pipeline and finally develop the 24+ multi-dimensional reports beautifully laid down in multiple dashboards deployed in their Tableau Server. 

Petronas - Schlumberger Integrated Operations Dashboards (Malaysia)

Two year long on-site engagement as a Senior BI Consultant to perform Business Requirement Analysis, Data Model preparation and finally designing and development of the over 48 dashboards for integrated operations of different oil field in the subject areas like Shortfall of Oil Production, Well performance management, Live Asset Modelling, Short Term Planning (STP), Long term Forecasting (LTP), Well Test, Production Enhancement Performance Scorecard and Gas Lift Diagnostics.

MSBI, Data Integration and Tableau Training - Cognizant (India)

Trained over 400+ employees in different technologies in multiple batches for the period of 2020 and 2021with trainings on Data Integration with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft BI consisting of DBMS, Data Warehousing, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI and Tableau Desktop development and Tableau Server.   

Remote Project Management for Online Casino Platform - Confidential (SEA Region)

In an one year contract, managed a team of 16 people from three teams - Design team, Portal Development for administration and tokenization of chips and Games development. Resource management, workload management and timely delivery of three teams to ensure a smooth input from one team to another was the critical challenge. Grad to successfully build the synergy among the global remote team who were working from different geography (Malaysia, India, Tanzania, France, Russia, Sudan and US). Laid down communication platform and policies in Slack, track and monitored the project using Asana and reported to the shareholders by holding weekly meetings.
