Professionally I thrive to tell stories with data by turning them into meaningful insights and deliver valuable dashboards to corporate clients. I do so by working together with my corporate clients to understand their requirement, assist in identifying their reporting roadmap, advise on their data pipeline and deliver co-related dashboards to support their fact-based business decision making process.
When I am not involved in any corporate projects, I share my knowledge with others by delivering technology training in the field of database, data integration, data management for MSBI Tech stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and data visualization using Tableau / Power BI.
My zeal for going few extra miles and my business acumen had proven to be a corporate asset and continuously assisting me in shaping my self-employment unapologetically worthy.
I take great interest in mentoring, personal development and leadership skills. Travelling, sports and coffee keep my sanity intact.

I take a process-oriented approach from ideation till implementation of Tableau by exploring your data to prepare relevant analytics and deploy near real-time visually appealing corporate dashboards.
Each approaching project is structured into this approach. A great emphasis goes into co-planning. Agile method of development ensures quick turn-around time for analytics and keeps a scope of periodic improvement which makes this a proven successful methodology of my own.
IDENTIFY
I conduct workshops meetings or organize group discussions with SME's to understand reporting requirement and discover the underlying structure of data.
IDEATE
As the reporting requirement is being gathered and underlying data structure is being understood, I start detailing out data mapping to ideate the dashboard prototype and prepare the outline of the solution.
INTEGRATE
Once the dashboard design ideas are approved, I work with the client to lay down the data pipeline to populate the reporting database as finalized and finish it off with any data automation jobs if necessary.
IMPLEMENT
Once the data is integrated, I finally convert the dashboard prototype into a long-term sustainable solution with final data pipeline and deploy those corporate dashboard into the right technical infrastructure.

Team, Task and Quality Management is an art of any initiative. In any information technology initiative it is important to communicate and collaborate in a synergic manner.

With the experience in corporate as a Project Manager for data and analytics projects, I had created a customized Agile Methodology that fits into the business intelligence solution process from structured requirement gathering to analytics development and deployment where Asana and Slack was adopted and for project planning, monitoring, collaboration and reporting purpose internally.
I have created multiple monitoring worksheet and bifurcated any BI projects based on the above 5 phases where it is still effectively being used by me for managing project and IT initiative from startups to enterprises.
